Comfortable and convenient, with friendly staff. A great place to stay in Taipei!
The room was comfortable, though a little dark without a window. It was well equipped with good toiletries.
The staff were friendly and always happy to assist, offering great service with a smile.
The location is amazing - very central and close to the main station and many shops.
Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options.
The washing machine and dryer were really useful.

Great value hotel in a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well-lit despite being in an office building.
The staff were very nice, always willing to help. They even went above and beyond.
The location was perfect - near the train station and lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to get around.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food choices, including the special porridge.
The laundry facilities were great, along with the extra amenities provided like tea and coffee.

The location was the best part! A bit of a mixed bag overall, but the convenience made up for some minor issues.
Room was spacious but could've been cleaner. The bathroom was a bit musty.
Service was nice, staff always friendly, though a bit understaffed at times.
The location couldn't be beat - right near the main station and tons of shops.
Many restaurants nearby, but breakfast was a bit of a hassle since it was in a separate building.
Laundry facilities were convenient, but the coffee situation was a little strange (having to go to another hotel for the complimentary coffee).

Loved the location! Clean room, comfy bed, and super close to everything.

Great hotel for families! Spacious and quiet room, plus the location near the train station was super convenient. Staff were amazing too!
Our family room was huge, easily fitting three of us comfortably. It was also surprisingly quiet, which was great.
The staff went above and beyond - always friendly and helpful with all our requests.
The location was perfect - so close to the train and MRT stations, making getting around a breeze.
Lots of great places to eat nearby, so we had plenty of options for meals. I especially liked the fried chicken place around the corner!
The self-service laundry was a lifesaver for washing clothes, and the coffee machine in the common area was a nice touch.
